Dr. Jalali possesses direct experience as a General Dentist since 2002, and as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon since 2011. Dr. Jalali has evaluated numerous dental diseases over the years, including periodontal disease, wisdom tooth impaction, tumors, infection, and injuries. He has personally performed surgeries to aid bone and gum tissue deficiencies for dental implants. In addition, Dr. Jalali is experienced in corrective jaw (orthognathic) surgery, facial injury and trauma, dental implant surgeries, as well as oral pathology and cleft lip/palate. Dr. Jalali earned his PhD in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Mashhad University of Medical Science Iran in 2011. He further served for five years as a Chief Resident: from 2008 to 2010 at Shahid Kamyab Trauma Hospital, and from 2010 to 2011 at the Ghaem General Hospital. Naeemeh Peidavosi contributes a diverse background as a marketing professional of 18 years within the industrial company and a biomaterial/medical engineering graduate. Ms. Peidavosi earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Engineering in 2001 and Master of Biomaterial Engineering in 2019. Her direct academic background in ‘Fabrication and Evaluation of Tissue Engineering Scaffolds’ from the National Cell Bank has directly contributed to the R&D of Diba Tech’s bone graft substitute.
Her medical engineering academic and marketing background has proved highly valuable in developing new businesses for Diba Tech, as her academic insight helps educate health care clients on the product specifications, safety and application information. Meanwhile, her sales and marketing experience assists in developing the strategy for developing new client accounts. Ms. Peidavosi has conducted speaking engagements in various biomaterial subjects, including Biomechanics of Articular Tissues and Loading Effects, Tantalum and Its Application in Medical, and others. Ms. Peidavosi’s university thesis entitled “Preparation and Characterization of Piezoelectric conductive Scaffold for Cells” will further contribute scientific insight to the development of bone graft substitute.

Skilled in all aspects of business formation, finance, operations, and management, Ms. Shahmoradi currently serves in three executive leadership roles. She has ample experience directing all organizational operations, policies and objectives to maximize sales and gross profits, as well as planning and overseeing advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. Ms. Shahmoradi earned a Post Diploma in Medical Lab Technician in 1987 from Mashad University and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in English translation, in 1998 from Azad University – North Branch, Tehran
Vida Eskandarnejad is an accomplished finance professional with 10 years of experience within the banking and brokerage industry. She has spearheaded a number of major projects throughout her career, including Underwriting and Initial Public Offering projects, and has proved effective in buying and selling a variety of bonds and securities. She has successfully managed all legal and administrative requirements for establishing a mutual fund product in Iran, proving her experience and knowledge valuable to this company.
